Overview
Canada Life provides group benefits plans to employers across Canada. Plan sponsors use an online portal to manage employee enrolments. This project focused on improving the enrolment activity dashboard used by onboarding administrators to track the status of employee enrolments.

Challenge
As enrolments accumulated, the dashboard became visually overwhelming. Onboarding admins struggled to quickly identify which records still required their attention. This led to inefficiencies and manual workarounds.
My role
As the UX Writer, I wrote all of the English copy for a new archiving feature that helped declutter the dashboard. I collaborated with a UX designer to ensure the interface clearly guided users in distinguishing between active and archived enrolments. I also coordinated with a translation vendor to secure accurate French copy and documented all finalized content for developers in Confluence.
